We’re growing! We are looking for a talented, reliable and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality websites, digital platforms and client projects.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident working with modern web technologies, understands responsive design, and can turn approved designs into clean, functional and well-structured websites. The right candidate should be proactive, organised, solution-driven and comfortable working closely with our project management, design, SEO and digital teams.

- Develop, maintain and improve client websites and web-based projects
- Convert approved designs from Figma or similar tools into responsive, functional websites
- Build and customise WordPress websites using clean, structured code
- Create editable CMS sections, custom fields and reusable website components
- Work closely with designers, project managers, SEO specialists and digital team members
- Implement website updates, bug fixes, technical improvements and new features
- Ensure websites are mobile responsive, fast-loading and browser compatible
- Support website launches, migrations, staging environments and live deployments
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions
- Maintain good coding standards, documentation and project handover notes
- Assist with integrations such as forms, payment gateways, third-party tools and APIs when required
- Support ongoing website maintenance, security checks and performance improvements
Skills
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
- Good experience with WordPress development
- Experience with ACF, custom post types and editable CMS structures considered important
- Ability to convert designs into responsive, accurate front-end layouts
- Understanding of mobile-first and responsive web development
- Familiarity with WooCommerce, WPML and Elementor considered a plus
- Basic understanding of website speed optimisation, SEO-friendly development and accessibility best practices
- Experience working with hosting environments, FTP/SFTP, staging websites and databases
- Ability to troubleshoot bugs and technical issues independently
- Good attention to detail and a clean, structured approach to development
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced agency environment
- Good written and verbal English
- Experience with Git, APIs, React, Node.js or web app development considered a plus
