Operations & Delivery Lead

We’re growing! We are looking for an organised, proactive and commercially aware Operations & Delivery Lead to help strengthen structure, accountability and momentum across our business. This role will play a key part in improving coordination between teams, keeping priorities on track, and helping both Keen and Flooma operate more clearly and effectively. If you are confident managing moving parts, solving bottlenecks and turning plans into action, we’d love to hear from you.

- Coordinate day-to-day operational flow across teams and departments
- Keep priorities clear, visible and moving forward
- Improve follow-through on actions, deadlines and internal handoffs
- Identify bottlenecks, delivery risks and execution gaps early
- Support smoother coordination across client work and internal initiatives
- Work closely with business development, project management, digital, SEO, design, development and finance
- Help strengthen accountability and operational discipline across the business
- Support structured meetings, action tracking and execution follow-through
- Improve key internal workflows and delivery processes
- Help reduce operational dependency on top-level intervention for day-to-day execution
Skills
- Proven experience in operations, delivery, project coordination or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal English, additional languages are considered a plus
- Strong organisational, time-management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work independently, proactively and with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in following up, driving clarity and holding people accountable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness and practical problem-solving mindset
- Experience in a digital, agency, tech or service-based environment considered a plus
- Understanding of project workflows, delivery coordination and team collaboration considered a plus
