Help to keep our company running smoothly, taking care of daily bookkeeping, invoicing and administrative tasks that empower our teams to function well. The successful candidate is motivated, able to prioritize work assignments and loves to work within a dynamic team and ever-changing industry.

- Manage day-to-day office administration, phones and client visits
- Maintain office supplies & equipment and establish respective procedures
Skills
- Knowledge in Sage Accounting Software & Microsoft Excel is a must
- Accounting experience is a must
- Exceptional multi-tasking & organising skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Great communication skills
- Team player who is able to work independently
